Shipping: At Present the Shipping of all Items on TopMart is totally free all Over India. Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the India and customers Outside  may have to pay international shipping fee depending on the items ordered.

In Standard Operating Conditions most items on our site leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We ship from several warehouses around the country so your order may arrive in separate shipments. We strive to have your domestic orders delivered in 5-7 business days.  Some custom items take longer.   

International Shipping:  We are happy to offer international shipping, and the cost of international shipping ranges from $5 to $95. Since international shipping rates are traditionally very high, we subsidise the costs to offer more affordable pricing. While delivery times vary greatly depending on location, packages typically take between 10-25 business days. While we will do our best to provide updates on the locations and timelines of international packages, depending on the part of the world (and their impact/response to COVID-19), there is the potential of extended delays. Some packages are taking up to 2 months. Our Shipping Partners has said that in some remote places it can take up to 3 months.

Customers may be subject to customs fees depending on the country of delivery. These costs are not the responsibility of TopMart.

International Customs and Fees

Customers outside of India are responsible for any additional customs, handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we cannot provide an estimate of these charges. If needed, we recommend contacting your local post/customs office to receive more information.

Our Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

International Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TopMart cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Track Your Order

A tracking number is emailed immediately following the fulfillment of your order. It may take up to 48 hours before receiving a tracking number once your purchase has been confirmed.
